PlanetMan (Arabic: الرجل الفضائي) is operated by PlanetMan. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our shopping application and related services.
We collect account and contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and authentication records; delivery addresses and order history; profile or product photos you choose to upload; reviews and favorites; notification preferences and device push tokens; and technical diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
We use this information to create and secure accounts, process and deliver orders, provide support, send requested transactional notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve application stability. Marketing messages are sent only according to your saved preferences and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose only the information needed to service providers that help us operate PlanetMan, such as hosting and database providers, Firebase Cloud Messaging, email or SMS delivery providers, payment or banking partners selected for an order, delivery providers, and crash-monitoring services when enabled. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS in the published service and access is restricted to authorized personnel and processors. We retain account data only as long as needed for the purposes above. After account deletion, profile and authentication data is deleted or anonymized. Order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Encrypted backups expire according to our backup schedule.
You can update your profile, addresses, language, and notification preferences in the app. You can delete your account from Profile → Delete account. You can also use our web account-deletion page. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting planetman.info@gmail.com.
PlanetMan is a general shopping service and is not directed to children. The store listing must use an age group consistent with the products actually sold and the applicable laws in each distribution country.
