This immediately disables sign-in and deletes or anonymizes profile, authentication, address, favorites, reviews, and notification data.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account. Include your registered phone number so we can verify ownership. Never send your password or verification code.
We will acknowledge the request and complete verified manual requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.
Order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained only where and for as long as applicable law or a legitimate unresolved claim requires. They are then deleted or anonymized. Residual encrypted backups expire according to our backup schedule.

لحذف الحساب من التطبيق: سجّل الدخول، افتح الملف الشخصي، ثم اختر حذف الحساب وأكّد العملية.
إذا تعذر الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل طلباً من البريد المسجل في الحساب إلى planetman.info@gmail.com مع رقم الهاتف المسجل للتحقق من الملكية. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق.
قد يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات أو الضرائب أو النزاعات فقط عند وجود التزام قانوني، ثم تُحذف أو تُخفى هويتها بعد انتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ.
